The three big ones are Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo and Park Guell, and they sit far enough apart that the order you visit them in decides whether the day works. Here is the order I would use and what the combo tickets actually save.

1. Sagrada Familia, 9:00 to 10:30
Book the first slot with tower access. Allow 90 minutes.Sagrada Familia is dated 1882-2026 and is the work Gaudi never lived to finish, so it is the right place to start a day that follows his career. Go early for the light through the east windows. Then take metro L5 two stops to Diagonal at 11:00 and walk down to Passeig de Gracia.
2. Casa Batllo, 11:30 to 13:00
The 10D Experience version. Allow 90 minutes.Casa Batllo dates from 1904 and is Gaudi in full maturity, working on someone else's building on the city's most expensive street. Lunch on Passeig de Gracia afterwards from 13:00 to 14:30, then Casa Mila from 15:00 to 16:30 if you want the optional add-on next door.
3. Park Guell, 17:00 to 19:00
Book the late slot. Allow 2 hours including the walk up.Park Guell was built between 1900 and 1914 as a failed housing estate, which is why it feels like architecture and landscape at once. Late afternoon is the right time for the terrace and the mosaic bench. Dinner in Gracia at 19:30, ten minutes downhill, and that is the day.
